Job Description

Work from home / remotely, support company director and manager with administrative work, including:

  • Administrative Support:
  • – Provide administrative assistance to executives, managers, and other staff members as needed.
  • – Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • – Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
  • – Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • – Assist in recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • – Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • – Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Financial Administration:
  • – Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • – Process invoices, payments, and reimbursement requests.
  • – Keep accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Misc tasks
  • – Act as a liaison between different departments, clients and suppliers.
  • – Run errands for client when required. Local travel expense claimable.


  • Education: O level and above
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Language: Mandarin is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
