Take full responsible for order processing, coordinate with HQ and provide assistance to sales department and execute customer’s orders to final delivery.
- Responsible in functions related to order processing.
- Responsible in preparing invoices, delivery orders, follow-up shipping date, and coordinate with sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible to place PO to vendors, follow up with payment, delivery date.
- Packing and arrange shipment for customer delivery.
- Handling Letter of credit orders, liaise with customer for the LC opening, and follow up with LC submission.
- Preparing Weekly open sales order report.
- Experience in warehouse stock keeping/maintenance/management will be an added advantage
O level, GCE “A” Level/Polytechnic Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
Experience And Skills
- Experience in administration/supply chain/ Logistics (at least 2 years).
- Good interpersonal plus communication skills and computer literate, eg: MS Word, MS Excel
- Experience with using SAP have an added advantage
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Preferably able to commence work immediately
- Comfortable environment
- Taught when starting work
- Salary bonus if there is overtime
