  • Assist with general administration duties as assigned by manager.
  • File documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Handling customer calls and enquiries.
  • Prepare meeting, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Assist with calendar management for director.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed.

Job Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • With experience in administration role
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good with MS Office Application
  • Able to commit Alt Sat half day during probation period
