Job Description

The Sales Administration Coordinator role is responsible for providing support to the sales department in administrative and coordination matters.

Personal Attributes & Characteristics

We are seeking an individual who possesses the following attributes and characteristics:

  • Meticulous and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills to effectively liaise with individuals at all levels.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handling and supporting administrative requests and queries.
  • Managing incoming calls, replying to emails, and assisting walk-in customers with their inquiries.
  • Maintaining day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing stocks in the warehouse.
  • Maintaining the filing and inventory system.
  • Assisting the sales team in maintaining sales software, including updating product information and prices.
  • Issuing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
  • Assisting the sales team and engineers in following up with inquiries and tracking documentation status.
  • Updating invoices, inventory records, and customer master lists.
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • Education – O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/’A’ Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Experience – Entry Level (At least 1 year of admin experience would be advantageous)
  • Language – English, Chinese (Proficient in speaking and writing in mandarin will be an advantage to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
  • Computing – Microsoft Office (Words, Excel), Basic accounting software
