Job Description

  • Support Site office administration duties
  • Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations & company policies
  • Support & provide advice to various departments on company HR policies, notices & practices
  • Manage daily employee attendance and leave records
  • Maintain & update employees’ profiles, ensure proper recording
  • Coordinate with Branch office on HR matters
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee engagement data according to organization procedures
  • Carrying out on-site administrative duties, data entry and maintenance of documentation
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings;
  • To perform the administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, etc
  • Attend to phone calls, queries and emails
  • Preparation of quotation, delivery order, invoices
  • Receive documents and courier packages, and prepare delivery documents (outgoing DO) when necessary
  • Prepare minutes of meetings
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • NiTEC/Diploma in Business Management or Related Field
  • More than 1 year of experience in relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Location: Pioneer Road (nearest MRT: Tuas West Road/Tuas Link)
  • Project: Reclamation
