Job Description

Gutcare is a fast-growing award-winning Gastroenterology Medical Centre in Singapore established in 2014. As a medical centre, we believe that people are our greatest asset and we strive to provide an encouraging environment for our staff.

What you will be working on (training will be provided):

  • Support the accounts receivables, including month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist to generate corporate invoices and statements of accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and verify insurance claim amounts
  • Verify prepayments and clarify with internal stakeholders on the forfeiture of the prepayments
  • Provide professional and timely responses to billing and receivables inquiries
  • Manage, file and organize all receivable documents
  • Support the department manager and handle ad-hoc duties as and when needed
