Job Description

  • Reporting to Admin & Accounts Manager
  • Assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Daily tasks include but not limited to – invoicing, administrative and office support activities. Duties may include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, Microsoft word processing, submission of documents to finance companies
  • Work closely with Sales team to support sales and coordinate logistics for delivery.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Assist with filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Operating hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Office location: North
