Receptionist Duties

  • Incoming calls
  • Attending visitors including taxi booking, external party visit record updates

Admin Duties

  • Payment application
  • For new employees update their contact details in office
  • Business Travel visa application
  • Office keys’ management
  • Insurance application/termination, and claims submission
  • Reference checks for new employees
  • Petty Cash
  • Staff welfare claims
  • Award Certificate preparation
  • Bi-annual check-up arrangement for workers
  • Replenishing office snacks & drinks
  • Maintain and keep track of Ezlink, cashcard loan record and top up values
  • Issue and safe keep of temporary door access cards
  • Filing

Other tasks

  • Assist in arranging buffets/lunch

Job Requirements

  • Min ‘O’ level
  • Approachable, able to form good relationships and a team player
  • Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starter’ who is able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability in writing and reading Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart and handle Chinese documents
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook express)
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous and able to handle documentation accurately and efficiently
