Job Description

Contract Period: 24 Jul 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 with option to extend until 31 Dec 2025

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays : 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Description

• Customer service duties – manning of reception and handling counter duties
• Attend to external and internal customers (phone calls and walk-ins);
• Recording and distribution of daily mails
• Filing of documents
• Sorting and distribution of materials to teachers and students
• Assist in maintaining and updating of data records;
• Administer basic first aid to students where necessary
• Handle bus bookings
• Assist in finance and admin matters
• Any other duties or projects assigned by the school

Job Requirements

• A team player with good communication skills
• Relevant experience in customer service and general administration, preferably 1 year experience in working in a school environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
• A meticulous individual who is responsible and able to multi-task
• GCE “N” Level Certificate and above
