Our Client provides total logistics services. They are currently looking for an Admin Officer to handle administrative matters for the company. Reporting to the Administrative manager.

【 What you will be doing 】

  • Vehicles’ related matters
  • Vehicles’ road tax renewal
  • Season Parking
  • Licenses
  • Summonses
  • Purchasing
  • Perform purchasing duties for the company
  • Sourcing for new vendors that offer better prices/quality/services
  • HR
  • Full spectrum of HR functions
  • Full spectrum of Company administration functions
  • Support the team in daily operational and administration matters
  • Creation and maintenance of staff records in the system
  • Admin
  • Record daily outgoing mails for posting & prepare monthly postage usage report
  • Collect incoming mail and distribute it accordingly
  • Liaise with courier company; verify daily incoming documents from courier company & distribute accordingly
  • Provide receptionist duties; including answering the company’s main line, serving drinks to visitors, reservation of meeting room
  • Other job duties as assigned by the manager
  • Requirement

9:00 ~ 18:00
