Job Description

We are HK.Juan Renovation Pte. Ltd, a new start-up renovation/interior design company. We can’t promise higher wages now but we will strive to fight as a better company. If you joining us and together we walk till the end, you might be next ”Alibaba’s clerk”.

We looking for person who meticulous, analytical, focuses on details and can tidying documents well.

Primary Functions

  • Perform daily account and administrative works.
  • Handle staff claims reimbursement
  • Perform administrative duties related to accounting such as grant management, documentation, filing, updating records and generation of internal report
  • General administrative and bookeeping duties – filing, data entry, email
  • Apply work permit for workers & handling staff training
  • Handle full set of payroll administration, including payroll and CPF calculation etc.
  • Tidying documents & filing, maintenance of office area & etc.
  • Tidying, organise pictures and documents
  • Handle Quotation & invoicing
  • Other duties as and when assigned

Minimum Experience / Requirement

  • At least 1 years of experience in administrative work;
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates
  • Familiar with interior design/construction/renovation trade will be added advantages.
  • Able to use Accounting software, Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Meticulous, shows initiative, attention to details, and independent
  • Positive attitude, responsible and independent

Currently we prefer part time candidates with related experiences.

$8-15 per hours
