Admin Executive assists to manage the day-to-day office and warehouse administration and operations. You will assist management with admin and coordination.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Assist management with admin duties and coordination of daily operations.
- Assist logistics arrangement of drivers and truck, updating inventory and liaising with suppliers.
- Handle logistics admin duties (filing, data entry etc.)
- Perform stock count
- Go on residential sites to assist with home staging or other ad hoc tasks.
- Super Attention to details
- Previous experience in furniture industry / logistics / property field a bonus.
- At least 1 year prior admin working experience
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment, fast learner who can work independently.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Record keeping and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and other software applications
- Bonus for overtime
