Job Description

Job Overview

Admin Executive assists to manage the day-to-day office and warehouse administration and operations. You will assist management with admin and coordination.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Assist management with admin duties and coordination of daily operations.
  • Assist logistics arrangement of drivers and truck, updating inventory and liaising with suppliers.
  • Handle logistics admin duties (filing, data entry etc.)
  • Perform stock count
  • Go on residential sites to assist with home staging or other ad hoc tasks.


  • Super Attention to details
  • Previous experience in furniture industry / logistics / property field a bonus.
  • At least 1 year prior admin working experience
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with people.
  • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment, fast learner who can work independently.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Record keeping and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other software applications
