Job Description

5 Day week / Mon – Fri 9-5 pm

Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration duties
  • Quotation/ Invoicing/ managing of service reports
  • Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner
  • Submission of claims and scheduling the appointments for meetings
  • Handling all administrative documents and correspondence.
  • Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma / ITE NITEC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good time management, responsible and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel and Power-point)
