Roles & Responsibilities
Sr Admin Executive
We are looking for a reliable Office Admin Executive, and the ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, resourceful, reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
- Provide administrative support to Director and colleagues as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
- Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences.
- Support in HR, bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist colleagues where necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.
- Preparing Quotations, further follow ups and after securing the projects
- Preparing Safety documents and co- ordinate with the site personal to arrange for Safety Induction course for workers.
- Preparing Progressive claims and Invoices and follow up for payments.
- Update and maintain company Profile in Online and offline media with the new projects and upload photos in a regular interval.
- Familiar and full experience in EPOL, WPOL, CPF, GST claims and IRAS matters.
- Maintain Petty cash Voucher and cash flow.
- Bank Reconciliation, Preparing Account Receivable and Accounts Payable on a monthly basis.
- Co Ordinate and assist Accountants and auditors during the financial year end submission.
- Min. 10 yrs experience in Construction sector
- Proven experience as office administrator or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiar with office management procedures and strong accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial and office administration studies is preferred.
- Experience in consultancy or similar will be an advantage.
