Admin Executive Job Description & Requirements

  • In-Charge all General secretarial duties in handling office administration
  • Updating database, data verification
  • Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, scheduling and Checking order.
  • Any other duties when assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines
