Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of claim submissions, including verifying claim information, preparing necessary documentation, and submitting claims to insurers, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with insurers, hospitals, and clinics to track the progress of claims and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide weekly updates to clients on the status of their claims, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Prepare paperwork, documents, and reports for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Compile case submissions after client meetings, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Handle premium notices, ensuring prompt delivery to clients and facilitating premium payments.
  • Take calls from clients and provide assistance in resolving their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with superiors, account managers, or other relevant parties within the insurer to address complex or specific client inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • Min 1 year of experience
  • Candidates with insurance industry administration experience will be highly preferred.
  • Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately, which is highly preferred
