Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle Tutor-related administrative work (eg. Relief arrangements, Tutor-related Administration and Recruitment, Maintaining and updating tutors’ information and database).
  • Manage and update centre schedules (arrange make-up lessons with tutors, notify changes in schedule).
  • Assist relief teachers with queries and lesson materials.
  • Handles enquiries (phone calls and emails).
  • Handle curriculum-related administrative duties (e.g. Assist in procurement processes, distribution and packing of resources, compilation and alignment of worksheets, resources and materials).
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Education level – NITEC, Polytechnic Diploma and above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Publisher, Excel, Adobe PDF.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-tasking.
  • Problem solver, independent & able to work with little supervision.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Must be able to work on weekends to take calls from tutors and arrange for relief on Saturdays and Sundays.
