Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team and project team.
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the marketing team and project team.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Managing project documentation, including maintaining project files, tracking project progress, and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assisting in conducting market research and gathering data for marketing initiatives.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the marketing team and project team.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.   • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Must also be able to handle all round General Administrative role when assigned.
  • Able to handle multiple requests at the same time and deliver results meeting expectations.
  • Fast, responsible, results driven and can deliver error-free results.
