Job Description


  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Cover the reception desk when required
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, orientation, and termination
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order & manage office supplies & equipment
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and pass them on; Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Research and create presentations
  • Resolve administrative problems, and implement improvements to make them more efficient


  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • GCE A Levels or Diploma
