Job Description

Account-Related general administrative duties including answering phone calls and inquiries, proper filing and maintaining of documents, assisting in upkeeping of company vehicles, etc.

Perform Other Ad-hoc Admin/accounting Duties As And When Required

  • Issues email invoices to customers and external partners.
  • Update and maintain customer yearly support profile.
  • Send account statement to the customer.
  • Send reminder emails to customers for overdue invoices..
  • Manage the stock in and out for POS hardware sets.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Perform Account Receivable & Account Payable.

Prepare invoices and Credit Notes.

  • Liaise with Account Manager on the accounting matters
