Job Description

  • Working hour: 8.15am – 5.45pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Working location at Tuas
  • Company transport provided at various MRT – Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay / Bukit Batok

Job Scope

  • Perform secretarial duties to the department. (Greet and assist visitors, serve drinks, arrange meeting room bookings and catering if needed)
  • Make travel arrangements, arrange visas and accommodations for department staff.
  • Maintain departmental records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and updated.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for departmental documents and records in physical and digital formats.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new department staff, including preparing of locker, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Handles & arrange documents for shipment (Delivery note, Proforma invoice, packing list, Airway bill) .
  • Retrieve and sort customer data from GSN server prior customer visits.
  • Prepare monthly report for AGM and sales team of Service Department.
  • Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.


  • Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
