The role

Admin and Team Coordinator

  • Schedule internal and external meetings (in person and virtual)
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements for team
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Update office policies as needed


Basic ability to use Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft office etc
