Job Description

  • Processing of clients’ invoices and suppliers’ payments
  • Reviewing staff claims
  • Following up advertisement from clients
  • Responsible for Front Desk Functions
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously
  • Co-ordinate mail, dispatch and courier services
  • To organize and maintain good filing system for smooth and quicker data retrieving
  • To carry out administrative and other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor or persons acting on behalf of The Company & Group of Companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in MYOB will be advantageous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Mature, proactive and work independently
  • Meticulous and hardworking
