Job Description

  • Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support
  • Prepare service quotations and service confirmations aligned to the client’s requirements and provide appropriate clarifications. Involvement with other sales-related administrative tasks and processes such as payment/billing matters.
  • Support the Managing Partner and internal teams in client onboarding and servicing
  • Establish and maintain a strong professional relationship through proactive engagement with existing local and foreign clients, to extend service portfolio and create value-added solutions for them.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients to address their concerns. Collect information and reflect client feedback to enhance service quality and propose solutions for any issues.
  • Manage inbound enquires with timely and accurate responses via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages.
  • Update and monitor sales log to ensure close follow-up with prospects and measure conversions in relation to growth targets.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Minimum A Level or Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
  • Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
  • Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
