Job Information

Job Description

• Daily AR function
• Generating invoices to tenants, managing AR receipts and carpark collections.
• Handle end-to-end AR function for assigned customers account
• Work with internal stakeholders on credit control matters
• Perform timely collection of AR from customers and record engagements in the system
• Handling reminders and Statement of Accounts to tenants.
• Compile and generate intercompany billings
• Month-end AR report
• Handle escalation and pass on to upper management when necessary
• Ensure continuous improvement in processes and policies

Requirements

• CAT or Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
