Job Description

Peak Ocean is looking for a driven and dynamic team player to join our team as an Accounts Officer. The incumbent will be performing a supporting role in the Finance department.

Job Description

  • Responsible for AR functions.
  • Assist in verifying timesheet, documents for invoicing purpose.
  • Record receipts, prepares Weekly Aging Report
  • Maintain proper filing and records in Sharepoint
  • Responsible for AP functions.
  • Verify, Supplier Invoices, Staff Expense Claim, identify Cost Center and record entries into system
  • Generate Payment Voucher and submit to Accounts Manager.
  • Record payment into system
  • Assist in monthly closing
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • CAT, LCCI, Diploma/NITEC in accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in AR, AP functions
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Having knowledge of GST input & output tax
  • Familiar with MS Excel
  • Knowledge on Quickbook accounting software is a plus
  • Able to start work immediately/ asap
