Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end closing and able to handle a full set of accounts
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
  • Ensure inventory control measures are in place
  • Preparation of financial and management reports and audit schedules
  • Assist auditors in the annual audit
  • Assist in the preparation of GST filings and ensure timely submission of GST returns
  • Responsible for administrative documentation, processes and coordination
  • Act as a liaison with the other departments
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned by Financial Controller

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or professional qualifications in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in full sets of accounts
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel & Word)
  • Responsible, possess initiative, independent and resourceful
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical mind and effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
