Job Description

  • Coordinate in day-to-day operational activities related to accounting, HR as well as general administration.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable such as issuing invoices, performing bank reconciliation, process invoice payment and etc.
  • Prepare month end financial closing.
  • Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts balance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory record and participate in stock taking.
  • Assist with general HR duties including processing work pass application, maintain employee record and onboarding new employees.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • With accounting and general administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-tasking and cope with stress.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office
