Job Description

Job Description

  • Issue Sales Quotation and Invoice for Projects, based on instruction from Salesperson and Project Consultant
  • Customer payment follow up, work together with salesperson
  • Raise Purchase Order for vendor purchases
  • Process Expense Claim
  • Monitor Customer Maintenance Contract and License expiration date, and issue Sales Quote for renewal
  • Handle Software License Renewal from Software Principal Portal
  • Perform AR/AP/GL reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
  • Carry out financial closing activities
  • Knowledge in ERP Software is an advantage

Requirement

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
